WALK WITH ME follows the filmmaker as he adjusts from a car-dependent American city to an eminently walkable Scandinavian city. He also reflects on his more recent conversations with thought-leaders he interviewed for LIFE ON WHEELS, a film that focused on mobility and current infrastructure.
Overall, Walk with Me looks at the consequences of American immobilization on public health. Hodge explores how walking contributes to community power: why people walk to protest and celebrate, why we take walks to settle our minds, and why walking in nature has beneficial effects on psychology.
Running roughly 55 minutes, WALK WITH ME blends personal narrative with prominent societal themes, but at its heart, it’s a simple invitation for all of us to lace up our shoes and go for a walk.

How do families change as death approaches? Hodge Arts recently developed a preliminary pilot for a dramatic series entitled “Dead End.” Our purpose is to peel away the veneer of a family as they attempt to cope with the impending loss of a parent. While each character has a private agenda, they struggle with conflicting emotions around trust, personal beliefs, duty, righteousness and all the complexities that the dying leave in their wake.

To stand at the very edge of Niagara Falls is to feel the water’s primal pull. There, where the roaring river drops away at your feet, you can partake in an ageless miracle. Yet the nearby city of Niagara Falls has seen one of the most remarkable declines of any urban center. Where some see total collapse in less than a lifetime, others see a hometown with strong roots and culture. Still others see a landscape worshiped for its divinity over several millennia.

We created a short film that give voice to the concerns of the local residents of the Half Moon Bay area about the "Broken" Hernandez Bridge. We'd like our representatives to move quickly to repair this and to do what is necessary to maintain other bridges on the coastal trail that either need to be repaired or replaced.
